We’ve transformed a 1950's office block into BOLD Elephant: a space to create; a daring, playful and exuberant experiment for site-specific & immersive theatre making. As well as making theatre work for local audiences, our vision is for theatre makers and audiences to come together, create and thrive in an inspiring, welcoming space.

BOLD is one of the first buildings to specifically support creative freelancers with cheap/free space for writing, filming, rehearsals or community space. We operate a 'Creative Currency' so people can 'barter' their skills for space at BOLD. We all grow together. We look forward to welcoming you.

BOLD Elephant is a Covid secure building. Open most days 9am -9pm.

From June 16th our BOLD Wednesdays start – a chance to take part in creative industry talks & workshops. In July, there will be a launch to celebrate our latest creative venture: BOLD Beginnings - 7 films celebrating & responding to the BOLD Elephant building and Elephant & Castle neighbourhood.
