Forma Arts and Media is a London-based visual arts commissioning and production agency that works with emerging and mid-career British and international artists. It looks to support projects that span multiple disciplines, challenge existing practices and pushes for new levels of ambition. With a distinct emphasis on collaboration, creative inquiry and production values, Forma works closely with artists and partners to develop interdisciplinary, site-specific and large-scale projects for audiences worldwide, from community workshops to institutional exhibitions and film. \ FormaHQ is open to the public for special events and exhibitions, otherwise by appointment only. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm.
Presse Books, Forma's bookshop, is open Tuesday – Fridays, 10:30am – 5pm. Browse the online shop here.
Peveril Gardens is open during the same hours as the bookshop. The garden is located on the first floor above FormaHQ. A lift is available but needs to be requested in advance by emailing info@forma.org.uk.\ \ Seating is always available during screenings and events.\ \ A wheelchair-accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
